The Summary
This lady had to have all her front four teeth removed and implants placed.
When teeth are removed one of the problems is the resorption of the gum. In this case several temporary bridges were made to mould the gum to the ideal shape and try to preserve what we had. In various stages David and Ashley used their implant soft tissue knowledge and managed to create a natural looking smile with the gum restored. As you can see from the before and afters, the patient has been transformed and she was utterly delighted with the result.
