This over denture was originally completed nearly 10 years ago and now had considerable wear and tear. Due to the implants and complex metal work being used, we decided to reuse the expensive parts and simply refurbish the acrylic. The patient wanted a smile that matched his age so we put composite fillings in, a gold crown and ensured the denture teeth were customised to have cracks and stains. These images are of the finish denture both out of the mouth and in the mouth.
