Tour the Dental Laboratory
The 17th century barn that houses Byrnes dental laboratory is located less than a minute from Junction 8A of the M40, not that you’d know it though as we are nestled in a disused converted farm surrounded by fields.
With the noise of red kites squawking and cows mooing it allows the team at Byrnes to produce work in a calm and relaxed environment.
Our doors are always open and we have a mean coffee machine for you to try, incase we are too busy making lovely teeth. However if you let us know when you are coming, Ashley and the team will be delighted to give you a guided tour and sit and have a chat with you.
As a little taster, here are some images of the dental laboratory.
This award winning dental facility has helped the team to become one of the most respected laboratories in the UK and we all take great pride in showing our laboratory to clients and patients. For more information please Contact Byrnes Dental
"Having worked with some of the greats of UK dentistry I have worked my way up to becoming a laboratory owner. As the company director I see the future of dentistry becoming increasingly more digital oriented which is why we have invested in the latest and greatest digital solutions.
Combining that with the outstanding team we have at Byrnes dental I believe we can offer incredibly high standards of work at affordable prices with a level of customer-service that is second to none. If you wish to chat to me about treatment plans, complex work or ways of improving your dental business then please do not hesitate to contact me or any of my team, they are only to happy to help."
This over denture was originally completed nearly 10 years ago and now had considerable wear and tear. Due to the implants and complex metal work being used, we decided to reuse the expensive parts and simply refurbish the acrylic. The patient wanted a smile that matched his age so we put composite fillings in, a gold crown and ensured the denture teeth were customised to have cracks and stains. These images are of the finish denture both out of the mouth and in the mouth.Read our latest case studies
