Tour the Dental Laboratory

The 17th century barn that houses Byrnes dental laboratory is located less than a minute from Junction 8A of the M40, not that you’d know it though as we are nestled in a disused converted farm surrounded by fields.

With the noise of red kites squawking and cows mooing it allows the team at Byrnes to produce work in a calm and relaxed environment.

Our doors are always open and we have a mean coffee machine for you to try, incase we are too busy making lovely teeth. However if you let us know when you are coming, Ashley and the team will be delighted to give you a guided tour and sit and have a chat with you.

As a little taster, here are some images of the dental laboratory.

The Gallery

This award winning dental facility has helped the team to become one of the most respected laboratories in the UK and we all take great pride in showing our laboratory to clients and patients.

Implant anteriors with pink ceramic & iTero

This case was on a Straumann implant placed by Cyrus Nikkhah from Devonshire house specialist centre. It was a challenging case due to the bone loss but the implant was placed in the optimum position. Using the latest iTero digital impression technique we milled an implant model and created a CAD-CAM Titanium abutment. On this abutment we made a two unit anterior ceramic bridge which incorporated white and pink ceramics.
